Course Outline

Module 1

It starts with you

High performance is a requirement in most workplaces. As a leader, you can only deliver your best if you feel at your best. Research shows that members of the C-suite and senior leaders across organisations are experiencing high levels of chronic stress, exhaustion, and burnout. We share data that may challenge expectations, alongside practical strategies to help leaders strengthen their personal capacity to operate effectively in these environments — protecting themselves from the negative effects of sustained pressure.

Module 2

The Drivers of Performance

We share interviews with experts who have researched deeply human and organisational performance outlining the factors that matter most. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the Science Of Wellbeing, the Healthy Place To Work model and framework, and why measuring, monitoring and managing the health of your workforce and workplace is essential.

Module 3

Responding to the Data Flow

Having your finger on the pulse of your organisation is essential. The speed and competence you demonstrate in responding to that evidence base and the most significant presenting issues across the globe in different industries and sectors will define you as a leader. In Module 3 we share benchmark data highlighting the biggest presenting issues across the globe in different industries and sectors, and crucially, explain the strategies that organisations implement to solve issues and address gaps in performance.
